The manual ball valve permits simple & reliable control over the flow of the gas while the pit can be ignited easily by taking a lighter or match to the burner as you slowly open the gas valve. The linear T-burner is made from premium 304 stainless steel; each burner features staggered burner ports, a 1/2-Inch female gas inlet, and is neatly machine welded to produce a seamless, durable product. Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.
