Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. When we started our living room renovation, we knew we wanted a modern electric fireplace as the main focal point. After weeks of research, we decided on the fireplace and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment it was installed, the entire vibe of our home changed. The flame visuals are absolutely stunning, we constantly get compliments from guests who are shocked it is not gas. The included driftwood and glass ember bed give it such a natural, elegant appearance. We installed it flush into a tiled feature wall, and the edge-to-edge glass makes it feel custom and high-end. We also wired it to 240V, so the heat output is more than enough for our large, open-plan space. It is become our favorite part of the house. It creates a warm, calming atmosphere whether it is on for ambiance or actual warmth. Worth every penny.

Added this fireplace during a full renovation of our master suite and it has been one of the best decisions we made. I wanted something that would make our room feel like a luxury retreat, and this did exactly that. The flame colors are gorgeous. I especially love the warmer tones with the driftwood set for relaxing evenings. We do not use the heat every day, but when we do, it heats our bedroom quickly and quietly. It is also completely silent when only the flame is running, which is perfect for sleep. It even has child safety locks and cool-touch glass, which was important for us with two little kids. It is hard to describe how much this one unit adds to the room. It is more than just a fireplace; it is the atmosphere, the aesthetic, the comfort. Absolutely love it.
