Advanced Holographic Flame Technology

The Signature MultiView Holo uses a projection-based visual system to create a more dimensional flame presentation than a basic LED fireplace. The wide display combines layered flame movement with smoke and spark effects to create the appearance of flames rising through and behind the log arrangement.

WiFi, Remote, and Manual Controls

The fireplace can be operated from its control panel, the included remote, or a compatible smartphone using the Tuya Smart app. Available functions vary by control method, but the system supports control of the flame display, lighting, heat, temperature, timer, and sound.

Tuya Smart WiFi Control

WiFi pairing is completed through the Tuya Smart app. During setup, the mobile device must have WiFi, Bluetooth, and location services enabled as required by the app, and the phone should remain near the fireplace until pairing is complete.

The WiFi guide supports app-based access to fireplace power, flame lighting, ember-bed lighting, sound, temperature, heat level, and timer functions. WiFi signal quality and correct network credentials are required for successful setup.

Dual-Voltage Supplemental Heating

The MultiView Holo 75" supports two electrical configurations. The correct choice depends on the available electrical service, required heat output, local code requirements, and installation plan.

The dedicated specification sheet lists an approximate heating area of 400 square feet. Actual comfort depends on ceiling height, insulation, room layout, outdoor temperature, drafts, and whether the fireplace is operating on 120V or 240V.

This fireplace is intended for supplemental room heating. Do not size or purchase it as the sole heating system for a property without an appropriate heating-load assessment.

Thermostat and Timer

The remote thermostat offers selectable settings from approximately 60°F to 88°F, or 16°C to 30°C. When room temperature is above the selected setting, the thermostat prevents the heater from operating until heat is required.

The automatic shutoff timer can be set from 60 to 480 minutes in one-hour increments. The timer turns the fireplace off when the selected period expires.

Flame-Only Operation for Year-Round Use

The flame, lighting, log, and sound effects can be enjoyed without turning on the heater. This allows the MultiView Holo to remain a visual feature during warmer seasons or in spaces that do not require additional heat.

Flame-only operation still consumes electricity because the screens, lighting, motor, speakers, and control system remain active. The dedicated 75-inch specification sheet lists a maximum no-heat consumption of 150 watts.

Illuminated Logs and Decorative Media

The fuel bed combines traditional log forms with internally illuminated elements and light-transmitting media. Proper placement is important because the holographic projection and glowing logs are designed to align with specific positions in the fuel bed.

The angle glass must be removed to install the log set. Because of the size and weight of the glass, the manufacturer advises using the supplied suction cup and multiple people to support the glass during removal and replacement.

Installation Requirements

The MultiView Holo 75" is a built-in indoor electric fireplace. It does not require a chimney, gas connection, propane supply, or combustion vent. It does require proper wall framing, electrical service, secure attachment to wall studs, and compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions and local codes.

Mantel Clearance

When a mantel is installed, maintain a minimum clearance of 6 inches measured from the glass front, as specified in the owner’s manual. Confirm that the complete wall design also meets the requirements of any television, electronics, cabinetry, or finish materials installed above the fireplace.

Electrical Requirements

Electrical work must comply with local codes. Hardwired installation, voltage conversion, and household wiring connections should be completed by a qualified electrician.

120V Installation

A properly grounded 120V branch circuit must be available. The owner’s manual recommends a dedicated circuit to reduce the risk of nuisance breaker trips or blown fuses.

240V Installation
