Stainless steel burners are warranted as long as the original purchaser owns them (Lifetime)

TEN YEAR WARRANTY

All other American Outdoor Grill® parts (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burner, and vaporizer panels) are warranted for ten (10) years

THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for three (3) years

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Ignition systems (excluding batteries) and accessories (including side burners, motors, refigerators and thermometers) are warranted for one (1) year

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

I shopped for a grill for two people. I want it to last for ten years or more. I want it to get really hot for grilling steaks after they have been cooled sous vide. I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone as a trusted tester of it I am very pleased of the outcome it rains.!

These AOG double access doors have added both functionality and style to our outdoor kitchen. The stainless steel is of high quality, and the doors operate smoothly. They provide ample storage space and have remained rust-free even in humid conditions. Installation was easy, and they've been a reliable component of our setup. Very satisfied with this product.

A quick wipe down and they shine like new

The doors are made from heavy-gauge stainless steel. No cheap tinny feel like I’ve seen with other brands. The hinges are strong and open smoothly, and they close flush without any rattling. I use the cabinet space behind them to store grilling tools, propane accessories, and some cleaning supplies, and it’s nice having everything within arm’s reach. We’ve had a few downpours since installing the doors, and they have shown no signs of warping or rusting. A quick wipe down and they shine like new.
