All other American Outdoor Grill® parts (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burner, and vaporizer panels) are warranted for ten (10) years

THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for three (3) years

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Ignition systems (excluding batteries) and accessories (including side burners, motors, refigerators and thermometers) are warranted for one (1) year

Great customer service for hard to get refractory brick back

I was able to get a Novus 33 in brick refractory back for my NG Novus fireplace insert. Novus is a high demand item and Flame authority was only supplier without a huge delay from manufacturer. I recommend them for all fireplace needs.

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

Blaze Pro Portable Grill

I shopped for a grill for two people. I want it to last for ten years or more. I want it to get really hot for grilling steaks after they have been cooled sous vide. I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. Definitely worth the price.

After years of heavy weekend grilling, my original vaporizing panels were totally done. Rusted, warped, and not doing their job anymore. I picked up this 3-panel replacement set for my 36" AOG grill, and wow, what a difference. The heat is so much more even now, and the flare-ups that used to drive me nuts have practically disappeared.

These new panels are solid. Heavy-duty stainless steel, and they fit like a glove. I also noticed the grill heats up a bit faster now, which I didn’t expect. It honestly feels like I upgraded the whole grill just by swapping these out.

Just wish I would replaced them sooner.

My husband figured out the vaporizing panels needed replacing, and we bought this set of three. They arrived quickly and were easy to install. Since then, grilling has been so much better. No more random hot spots or meat getting scorched out of nowhere. We’ve even started hosting again and the grill is finally something we are proud to show off. These are a must-have if your panels are starting to wear down.

This is a non-negotiable

Our contractor recommended the AOG insulating liner to go with our new grill, and am really glad he did. The liner not only provides necessary fire protection for our wood-framed island but it also made installing the grill a lot simpler.

It fits snugly and aligns with all the mounting points of the grill. The liner’s finish is clean and professional-looking, and it adds a nice framed-in look to the setup. Even when the grill’s running hot for long sessions, the surrounding material stays totally cool.
