Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for three (3) years

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

The grill feels new again!

I had been struggling with a faulty valve on my AOG for a while. The burner would take forever to light and sometimes would not at all. I ordered this replacement valve assembly, and honestly, I should’ve done it much sooner. Very satisfied with the result.

Completely solved my problem

This valve with igniter assembly completely solved my problem with the burner not lighting on my 36" AOG. I had dealt with inconsistent ignition for weeks and finally decided to get my hands dirty. I'm not particularly handy, but it turned out to be a straightforward process. I watched a short video on how to replace the valve, and from start to finish, it took about 25 minutes. One thing to keep in mind is that you'll need to reuse the orifice from the old valve, which was not noted anywhere in the packaging.

Smart Choice!

I have owned my AOG grill for about five years, and recently one of the burners stopped igniting consistently. After doing a little research, I decided to try replacing the valve and igniter assembly. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this part worked out perfectly. It arrived in just a few days, well-packaged, and the installation was way easier than I thought. Everything lined up just like the original. I did need to transfer the orifice from the old valve, which wasn’t mentioned in the instructions. Mainly because there were none. But once I figured that out, it was smooth sailing. I Have been using the grill regularly again, and the igniter sparks every time. Definitely glad I went this route instead of calling for a repair or worse, replacing the whole grill.

So glad I found this part online

Was a little nervous about trying to do this myself, but I am glad I did. The part came in quickly and matched the existing one exactly. Swapped it out in about 20 minutes. The hardest part was actually unscrewing the old valve. It had seized up a bit. Once that was off, this new one just slipped right in. The igniter has been super reliable so far. I grill almost every weekend, and it has been working like a charm. Definitely recommend for anyone with an aging AOG.
