Stainless steel burners are warranted as long as the original purchaser owns them (Lifetime)

TEN YEAR WARRANTY

All other American Outdoor Grill® parts (excluding ignition systems, accessories, infrared burner, and vaporizer panels) are warranted for ten (10) years

THREE YEAR WARRANTY

Infrared burners and vaporizer panels are warranted for three (3) years

ONE YEAR WARRANTY

Ignition systems (excluding batteries) and accessories (including side burners, motors, refigerators and thermometers) are warranted for one (1) year

This warranty applies to the original purchaser and to single family residential use only. It commences from date of purchase, and is valid only with proof of purchase.

Great customer service for hard to get refractory brick back

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

Great buy so far!

I was having trouble with one of the burners on my older AOG grill. It just would not light reliably and the flame was weak when it did. I replaced the igniter, but the problem persisted. Turned out it was the valve. This replacement valve (24-B-20) was exactly what I needed. Shipping was fast, and installation only took about 20 minutes. Once it was in, the burner came back to life with strong, steady heat. It is great to see the grill working like new again without needing a full replacement.

So reliable!

Excellent quality part. I have had my AOG L Series grill since 2014 and this is the first time I have had to replace a valve. The old one was getting stiff and not regulating gas properly. This one dropped right in with no modification required. I reused the original orifice as noted, and now everything is working smoothly again. Good to know AOG still supports older models with parts like this.
