Although a separate storm collar is required for installation of this product, Dura Tech's aluminum roof flashing will help to prevent moisture and weather damage to your chimney pipes that are vented through the roof. It is specifically designed for use with 5 inch chimney pipes and is suitable for roofs with pitches ranging from 0/12 and 6/12. 8 up to19/12 and 24/12 inches in height, this roof flashing also comes with a limited lifetime warranty in case of damage.

*Venting Requirements: This unit requires venting pipe with an inner diameter of 5 Inches. Please see the Venting Components section on this page if available for venting pipe that must be used with this unit.

* Please Note: A separately purchased Storm Collar is required for installation.

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.
