Vent-Free systems draw room air to support combustion in a clean-burning blue-flame or radiant-plaque system. Rated at 99.9 percent efficient, vent-free heaters release nearly all of the available heat energy into the room.
The BF20W produces an inviting atmospheric warmth quickly and efficiently. To ensure safe operation, all vent-free systems include an Oxygen Depletion Sensor (ODS) to automatically turn off the heater if the room oxygen level drops to an unsafe level.
Vent-free systems are designed to provide supplemental heat and may not be used as a primary heat source.

Beautiful Mantel
The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.
The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.
