90 Degree Double Walled Hood: Double-walled 304 stainless steel oven provides efficient heat retention for even heating. The oven opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust. Teflon-coated spring assist ensures smooth, accessible opening for all users.
Cast Stainless Steel Burners: Made of ¼” thick cast 304 stainless steel, each burner weighs up to 12 lbs. Features a protective lip above the ports to prevent clogging from grease. Backed by a lifetime warranty.
Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: Patented design with smooth flat-top bars over .35” wide, covering more than half the cooking surface. Shaped to optimally transfer heat from burners for faster, more even cooking.
Charcoal Smoker Basket: Stainless steel basket designed to hold charcoal or soaked wood chips to enhance flavor. Sits atop the burner to easily ignite charcoal or wood chips for grilling or smoking.
Angled Halogen Internal Lights: Echelon Diamond E660 and E790 models feature 2 internal halogen lamps; E1060 has 3 lamps for enhanced illumination.
Chrome Digital Thermometer with Meat Probe: Advanced electronic thermometer with meat probe and built-in oven light switch. Offers a choice of 4 backlight colors.
Recessed Infrared Backburner: Stainless steel mesh-encased ceramic system delivers higher BTU heat for quicker, more efficient rotisserie grilling. Includes a stainless steel cover for protection when not in use.

Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.

Ten Year Warranty

Electric grills, including stainless steel cooking grids and electric grill stainless steel housing are under warranty for ten (10) years (except ignition systems).

Five Year Warranty

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it.
