Diamond Sear Cooking Grids: Diamond Sear Cooking Grids have a patented* design with bars that feature a smooth flat top; each individual bar measures over .35” wide at the top, covering over half of the total cooking surface. Each bar is shaped to optimally transfer heat from the burners to the cooking surface, so food cooks faster and more evenly.

90 Degree Double Walled Hood: Constructed with double-walled 304 stainless steel for efficient heat retention and even heating. The hood opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust, and features a Teflon-coated spring assist for smooth operation.
Comfort Touch Knobs with Brushed Finish: Feature smooth, seamless lines with a brushed finish and back-lit knobs (at 41°). Comfort touch grips and flame icons for convenience and safety—the flame icon turns red when in use.
Echelon Drip Tray Analog: Built with ball bearings for smooth gliding. Perfectly sized for easy handling and compatible with Fire Magic drip tray liners for easy cleanup.

Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain (including ovens and barbecue faces) and backburner assemblies (except ignition systems) are under warranty for fifteen (15) years.

Flame Authority

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it.
