TOR-PENTA31 31" Overview
This model is designed for a built-in outdoor enclosure where the round bowl-pan format, selected burner architecture, fuel supply, ignition method, and installation requirements have all been verified before ordering.
HPC's SST Torpedo burner uses nozzle-style outlets to create a larger, more concentrated bonfire-style flame while retaining the round Penta layout.
The round bowl pan includes a 1.25" lip intended to rest over the surrounding enclosure surface. HPC also identifies a raised burner hub and drainage weep holes as part of its outdoor water-management design.

This is a built-in outdoor fire pit insert, not a complete freestanding fire pit. The enclosure must provide appropriate support, ventilation, drainage, gas access, service access, and required clearances.
Enclosure Ventilation
For applicable enclosures at or below 200,000 BTU, the supplied HPC drawing calls for two 18 sq. in. vents on opposing sides.
The supplied catalog also calls for ventilation on at least two sides and a minimum 50% free-air space within the enclosure.
Clearances & Access
HPC lists a minimum 2" clearance below the insert and 36"–48" clearance to combustibles depending on insert size and application. Confirm the exact model drawing before construction.
Do not modify the appliance. HPC states that modification of the product voids certification and warranty. Follow manufacturer installation instructions and applicable local codes.

Beautiful Mantel
The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.
The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

Blaze Pro Portable Grill
I shopped for a grill for two people. I want it to last for ten years or more. I want it to get really hot for grilling steaks after they have been cooled sous vide. I want it to be useful also for lower temp cooking. This Blaze grill is perfect for me and my wife. Our purchase through Flame Authority was completed with no problems. Great heating stove
I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone as a trusted tester of it I am very pleased of the outcome it rains.!
