In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing defect within twenty-four months (24) from the date of purchase of the appliance, parts will be supplied for repair or the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames. Labor is covered for twelve months (12) from the date of purchase.

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

Blaze Pro Portable Grill

Great heating stove

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. Textures is incredible

I was not expecting the TruWood logs to make such a huge difference but wow! They completely elevated the look of our fireplace. They look hand-cut and perfectly charred, just like real timber. Friends have asked if we switched to a gas fireplace!

Worth the upgrade

Thought the standard log set looked decent until I upgraded to the TruWood kit. The realism is next level. I honestly forget it is electric sometimes. Installation was super easy, and it made the whole fireplace look custom. Each piece looks like it was taken straight from a campfire. It completely transforms the appearance of the fireplace.

My favorite part of our living room is now the fireplace, thanks to these TruWood logs. The craftsmanship is amazing. You can tell they're hand-finished. Each one looks slightly unique and the charring looks very natural.

Was not sure if a log upgrade would be worth the price, but these changed my mind. The TruWood kit gives our electric fireplace the cozy, real-wood vibe we were missing. Visitors always assume we installed a gas or wood-burning unit. The texture and detail are far superior to any other electric fireplace logs I have seen. I am so glad I made the upgrade.
