In the unlikely event of a problem occurring due to a manufacturing defect within twenty-four months (24) from the date of purchase of the appliance, parts will be supplied for repair or the product will be replaced free of charge. Repair or replacement is at the option of Modern Flames. Labor is covered for twelve months (12) from the date of purchase.

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

Blaze Pro Portable Grill

I shopped for a grill for two people. I want it to last for ten years or more. I want it to get really hot for grilling steaks after they have been cooled sous vide. Great heating stove

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. I would recommend this to anyone as a trusted tester of it I am very pleased of the outcome it rains.!

Hands-down one of our best home upgrades

Incredibly picky about design, especially when it comes to details. We initially had the standard acrylic crystal media that came with our Modern Flames fireplace, and while it looked sleek, it lacked warmth. The TruWood Premium Log Kit changed everything. Each piece looks like it came from a forest. Weathered, split, and charred just right. Now, with the flames on, it looks like a cozy wood-burning fireplace but with none of the mess. Even when the unit is off, the logs are beautiful enough to serve as decor on their own. This was hands-down one of our best home upgrades.

Feels authentic

Been a general contractor for over 15 years, and rarely do I come across accessories that elevate a product the way this log kit does. I installed it in a client’s home as part of a full living room renovation, and when they walked in and saw it for the first time, their jaw dropped. The logs look handcrafted, with deep grooves and blackened tips that catch the light beautifully. The variation in the log size and the slight imperfections make it feel so authentic. This is one of the few upgrades I now always recommend on electric fireplace installs.

Magical just like its real

I did not think switching out the log set on an electric fireplace would make this big of a difference, but the TruWood kit really took things to another level. The logs have this incredible texture. Real bark detail, deep charring, and natural shapes. We placed them inside our 44-inch Modern Flames unit and now it genuinely looks like a real wood-burning fireplace. At night, with the ember bed lit up, the glow reflecting off the charred edges is just magical. It instantly made the room feel more warm and welcoming. We’ve had several guests comment on how realistic it looks.
