Featuring a bold style, the Mesa Fire Pit will be a stand-out addition to your outdoor space. Made from Steel with a Black Powder Coat finish and handcrafted in the USA. Powder-coated steel offers a strong resistance to rusting, cracking, chipping, peeling, and scratching allowing it to maintain its signature sleek appearance for many years with little to no maintenance. Use the included Lava Rock or upgrade to a beautiful selection of Fire Glass. If upgrading to Fire Glass, 75 pounds is recommended.

The 304 stainless steel burner produces a maximum of 65,000 BTUs. The key valve accepts half an inch male fitting hose. This Stainless Steel Fire Pit has a surrounding area of 72 W x 24 D x 24 H, and a base area of 60 W x 18 D, with a burning area of 60 W x 12 D x 2 H. Access door included. The burner pan features multiple drainage holes for proper water runoff. This unit includes a half-inch Liquid Propane Air Mixer and an electronic ignition system that will relight your fire pit if the wind blows it out.

The electronic ignition can be wired by your local electrician to be controlled by a light switch, pool controller (with available relay), or home automation system. The Liquid Propane-Air Mixer is designed to allow air to enter the gas stream. The added air will reduce the amount of soot produced and the amount of propane used, providing a more natural-appearing flame.

Note: The wind guard rest on the top of your Fire Pit Table and not inside. The ideal size of a wind guard should be the size of your burning area plus 2 inches on each side.

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.
