One of the standout features is the Exact Control Illumination system, which includes a dedicated LED above each burner control knob. These LEDs change colors in response to feedback from burner temperature sensors, indicating whether each burner is warm, hot, or searing hot. Additionally, the TempTrack Illumination gauge above the control panel uses LEDs to display the average overall grill temperature, providing a clear indication of when the grill is ready for searing or has cooled enough to be covered after use.

Enhancing its cooking capabilities, the Eagle One Series includes two individually controlled concealed infrared rotisserie burners behind a black glass pane, which allows for a broader range of cooking temperatures and more even heat distribution for large items. The grills feature extra-large, 1/2-inch diameter hexagonal cooking grate rods that improve heat retention and increase food-to-surface contact.

Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.
