Beautiful Mantel

The mantel required a little bit of sanding and prep before painting, but was good quality. Flame Authority did an excellent job shipping and it arrived by freight in perfect condition.

The mantel assembled well. I ended up using some construction adhesive to glue the legs on to make it a little more sturdy. I cut pocket holes in the top to attach it to the wall.

I bought the stove couple weeks ago and ended up having a chance running it a few days I am very pleased with the outcome of the amount of heat it gets out also with the amount of hours it burns at least eight hours. I would recommend this for anyone who is looking for hours of heat output. At first when I bought it I didn’t quite know if mine hopes will be for filled but now they are happy with it. Creates a warm ambiance

When we started our living room renovation, we knew we wanted a modern electric fireplace as the main focal point. After weeks of research, we decided on the fireplace and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment it was installed, the entire vibe of our home changed. The flame visuals are absolutely stunning. We constantly get compliments from guests who are shocked it is not gas. The included driftwood and glass ember bed give it such a natural, elegant appearance. We installed it flush into a tiled feature wall, and the edge-to-edge glass makes it feel custom and high-end. We also wired it to 240V, so the heat output is more than enough for our large, open-plan space. It has become our favorite part of the house. It creates a warm, calming atmosphere whether it is on for ambiance or actual warmth. Worth every penny.

Flame realism is incredible

As someone who works in architectural design, I was looking for a fireplace that checked all the boxes: minimalistic, visually stunning, easy to integrate, and powerful enough to provide actual heat when needed. Delivered on all fronts. We recessed it into a custom drywall installation with no trim, and the clean finish looks seamless like it was built into the house from day one. The flame realism is incredible, especially when combined with the multi-toned glass and driftwood log set. What really impressed me was the Flame Connect app it is intuitive and lets me change settings from anywhere in the house. The client we installed this for is beyond thrilled. I will be specifying this model again for future projects.

Much more enjoyable

I installed this unit myself over a weekend and found the instructions super clear. I framed out a 2x6 opening and hardwired it to 240V which I definitely recommend for better heat output. The fit and finish are excellent. What really stands out to me is how natural the flames look. I’ve seen dozens of electric fireplaces, and this one is in a league of its own. It’s not just a bunch of colored lights it is layered, soft, and dynamic like a real fire. The customizable settings are great for switching up the mood. It instantly elevated our family room and makes our evenings at home that much more enjoyable.
